Essex Wildlife

Completed a comprehensive review of education and community programmes delivered across Essex to over 50,000 children, young people and adult per annum.

The Naze Coast

Evaluated and assessed the delivery across 12 sites and visitor centres.

Supported 30 plus staff and more than 50 specialist volunteers.

Recommendations made with resultant job description and person specification written. Supported the recruitment of a Community Engagement and Education Advisor role.

This strategic review of educational provision involved working closely with the staff and volunteers to ensure their ‘buy in’ with any change in staff structure and the provision of solutions that enabled the members of the staff and volunteer teams to thrive.
